Every service visit includes pumping the waste tank, adding fresh deodorizer, sanitizing interior surfaces and touch points, and restocking tissue and supplies. A single unit used by two or three people a day can often go longer between visits than the same unit serving a crew of fifteen, and once summer heat sets in, waste breaks down faster and odor builds sooner, so we shift heavily used units to a twice-a-week schedule during the hottest stretch of the year without being asked.

Access is worth thinking about before service day, not after. Our trucks need a clear, driveable path to each unit, so a site with locked gates, shifting mud after spring thaw, or vehicles parked in front of the unit can delay a visit or force us to reroute. Letting us know about gate codes or access changes ahead of time keeps the schedule reliable.

Long-term rentals, whether that is a construction project running for months or a seasonal setup at a campground or park, benefit from a standing schedule we both can plan around, but we build in flexibility.
